When we think about levels of body fat, we often just think about it from an aesthetic perspective and don’t consider the health risks of extremely high or low levels of body fat and we also don’t typically consider how we will feel at certain levels. When you’re sitting at 14-18% body fat (as a male), the thought of being 8% seems pretty good. However, getting to 8% will most likely involve lower strength levels, increased hunger, and lower energy levels. If you’re over 30%, you’re at risk
